Rep. Giegler re-elected to leadership role with national organization
State Rep. Janice Giegler, (R-Danbury) was recently re-nominated by the Women In Government organization to serve as a Connecticut state director representing the House Republican caucus. As state director, she will serve a 2-year term from December 2009- December 2011. Rep. Giegler was first elected as State Director in 2003.
Women In Government is a national 501(c)(3), non-profit, bi-partisan organization of women state legislators providing leadership opportunities, networking, expert forums, and educational resources to address and resolve complex public policy issues.
